Description
This medical clinic was established in 1898 and was dedicated to Alessandro Rossi in memory of his fiftieth wedding anniversary.
This medical clinic was established in 1898 and was dedicated to Alessandro Rossi in memory of his fiftieth wedding anniversary. In fact, in 1896, the countess Lucchese-Folco had donated a private plot to the Hospital aimed at the construction of a medical clinic, built and funded by a committee of managers and workers of Lanificio Rossi.
The building, preceded by a little Corinthian pronaos, was designed by engineer Gaetano Rezzara and it rappresents a belated witness of Palladian style.
